Note: This workshop is capped at 24 participants

Total Workshop Time: 2 Hours

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

As the leader of any group, problems are inevitable. So… how do you react? When problems arise we can choose whether we react with impulse or reason. How we react often has a far greater impact on morale, retention and productivity than any specific problem ever could. The key to managing other people is learning to manage you.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Discuss the difference between leading with impulse and reason
  • Identify impulsive reactions and their impacts
  • Learn six techniques to lead with reason, rather than impulse
  • Assess personal leadership behaviors
  • Develop an action plan to manage them
