Who can assist me in setting up a new Treo?

Contact the Computing HelpDesk at 568-3555 or online and be prepared to provide them with:

• your Electronic ID (your e-ID used to access e-mail, e-campus and more),
• phone number at which to reach you
• your location
• type of Treo (e.g. Treo 650, 700)

You should expect a call back during the business day to make an appointment to set up your Treo.  You may wish to fully charge your phone before calling to make an appointment, as this will assist the technician in having a smoother setup.

I just changed my e-ID password and now my Treo does not synchronize with Oracle Calendar and/or Versamail.  How can I make it synchronize with these applications again?

To restore synchronization to Versamail, you need to change your password on your Treo in the Versamail application.  Click here and follow the instructions under Editing an account on your device.

To restore synchronization to Oracle Calendar, you need to change your password on your computer in the Oracle Calender Sync for Palm program.  Click here and change your password when reaching step two in the instructions.
