Becca is a Gallery Director at SACM. She is in her third year at the School of Media Arts and Design (SMAD). Becca is a double-major in Art and Creative Advertising and feels curious to explore Interactive Design going forward. Becca feels passionate about accessibility standards in design and is excited to apply her coding skills to helping museums improve and update user interfaces and websites for better accessibility. Since Becca loves sewing, fabrication and working with fibers, her dream internship is a position with Urban Early Careers (responsible for popular brands that include Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters). Outside of the gallery, Becca is the secretary of Kappa Pi, JMU’s art fraternity. She hopes to run for president next year!
