Auditions: 11:00am-2:00pm (see below)

There is no need to arrive much earlier than your audition block. Everyone is assigned an audition block based on their last name. See those assignments below.

Park in the Warsaw Parking Deck. If weather permits, packets and keys will be distributed on the Forbes patio, just outside the Main Street tunnel.

NOTES:

• If you have an 11:00am audition, please go directly to your audition after checking in.
• If you have a later audition, please go to your dorm and then to audition at your assigned time.
• When you are not auditioning or unpacking in your dorm, you have free time to get lunch or tour the campus (with an adult).
• Our camp staff is not responsible for the supervision of students until the 3:00pm meeting.

The schedule for the rest of the weekend will be different for each ensemble. Students will receive a schedule when they get to their first rehearsal. Parents will receive an email on Friday evening with their child's ensemble name and concert time.

  • 8:45-9:45am dress rehearsal onstage (each group receives 20 minutes)
  • 10:00am brunch then change clothes and pack
  • 12:30pm concert and check out of dorms (Concert Hall opens at 11:30am for audience for Concert I)

• Cello Ensemble, Philharmonic, Symphony, & Chamber Orchestras
  • 9:00-9:45am rehearsal
  • 10:00-11:00am dress rehearsal onstage for Cello Ensemble, Philharmonic, & Symphony (each group receives 20 minutes)
  • 11:15am brunch then change clothes, check out of dorms
  • 2:30pm concert and pick up luggage in dorms (Concert Hall opens at 1:45pm for audience for Concert II).
