A quick google search will give you MULTIPLE opinions on the suggested amount of water people should drink on a daily basis.

  • For years, we have heard "drink eight 8-ounce glasses daily" which would equal 64 ounces of water.
  • Another suggestion is that everyone try to drink a gallon of water daily which would equal 128 ounces of water daily.
  • Some suggest drinking half of your body weight (in ounces) of water daily

These suggestions can be useful tools as they all help us achieve the goal of making us more mindful of our daily water intake.

For the purposes of this challenge, we are encouraging you to pick a goal for the amount of water you will consume daily and track it for 4 weeks. The goal of this challenge is to help you increase the amount of water you are intaking daily.
