The JMU Police Department is fortunate to have a collection of exercise equipment right in your building!

Balanced Dukes has created a sample workout plan based on the workout area in your department. Each day will include a warm-up, stretch, cardio and abs. You will focus on biceps and triceps one day, chest and back the next day and legs on the last day (never skip leg day!!)

This is simply a sample to give you some ideas on how to build a strength training plan (exercising 3 days/week). If you aren't familiar with the exercise, click on the link and you will be directed to very brief tutorial videos showing you how to perform each move.
