Step It Up is back! This 4-week challenge is designed to help you make physical activity a part of your everyday routine.
You get to choose the amount and type of movement that works best for you and your schedule. All that matters is that you’re getting up and getting active.
Throughout this challenge, Balanced Dukes will provide:
- Informational, weekly emails with exercise tips
- Recorded workout sessions you can do anytime, anywhere
Participants will be provided with support throughout this challenge and will also have the opportunity to win small prizes, and a chance to win $100 applied to their JACard.
