Quarterly Campaign #2 - Step It Up!

Balanced Dukes invites you to participate in our Spring Walking Challenge: STEP IT UP, a month-long wellness campaign beginning Monday, April 4.

This campaign encourages you to take advantage of the warmer weather and our beautiful campus by setting a goal of accumulating 10,000 steps daily or accumulating 30 minutes of walking daily.

Participants will use the STEP IT UP tracker to log their progress during the campaign. Each day the goal is met, participants will earn an entry into the drawing; the more you reach your goal, the more entries you will have.

We will collect the trackers and have a random drawing at the end of the campaign. The winner will receive $100 applied to their JACard.
