This challenge is getting you to eat those fruits and veggies!

During this challenge, you are encouraged to eat 800 grams (by weight) of fruits and veggies daily (in addition to whatever else you decide to eat for the day). You can pick any fruit or vegetable you'd like - cooked, fresh, canned, frozen, etc...

It is recommended that you use a food scale for this challenge when possible. However, to estimate: a closed adult fist is about 1 cup. Roughly 6 cups (6 fists) ends up being very close to 800 grams.  The exception to that rule is leafy greens in salads, they only weigh ~25g/cup – so think about it as 6 cups a day and as many leafy greens as you want when you are estimating.

Now, with all of our challenges, the goal is to help you create a healthy habit. So, if you are someone who doesn't eat many fruits or vegetables at all right now, pick a goal that is more realistic for you and work towards that.
