Field Trip Information
TVA Nolichucky Dam Site

This field trip will examine the Nolichucky Dam’s performance during Hurricane Helene, emphasizing key lessons learned through regional geological, geophysical, and geotechnical investigations.
Field Trip with TDOT
Trip Leader: Jeremiah Levi Kokes, P.G., TDOT Geology Team Lead
This trip will showcase notable examples of flood and landslide-related damage, along with mitigation strategies implemented by TDOT along SR 81 and I-26 roadways and bridges
