Wed, 5 Nov 2025 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
This workshop asks: what happens when we break scholarship out of its box? Instead of writing articles or publishing in journals, what if research looked like performance, art-making, or other creative practices? Together, we’ll reflect on the habits and traditions we’ve inherited in academia and playfully push at their edges—experimenting with citation justice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and alternative ways of producing knowledge. This session isn’t about abandoning rigor; it’s about expanding it. By stepping into non-traditional forms of scholarship, we’ll imagine new possibilities for work that is impactful, culturally resonant, and responsive to the world we live in.
