Interview Considerations

It is not required that you mention your disability in an interview. It is illegal for an interviewer to ask whether you have a disability or medical condition, however they can ask if you are fit to perform the duties required for the job. For more information on illegal interview questions and how to respond, see our Interview Questions page.
