Workshop Description: Imagine it is a Monday and the beautiful spring weather over the weekend is calling you to battle – are you ready to combat those winter postponed projects? You have the potential to be a Weekend Warrior! Let’s get you ready! A postponed, winter to-do list and weekend projects can leave your body “mourning on Monday” if you are not properly prepared to engage in the activity. This workshop will focus and engage you in activities that you can incorporate into your daily routine at work. Weekend Warriors will help you with balance, strength, and flexibility. Our session will enhance your outlook and readiness on your projects and allow for a more productive post-warrior work week and beyond. This workshop promises to be fun, interactive, and will give you the action plan(s) you need to be a true Weekend Warrior!
