FWS Timesheet Deadline for the 2011-2012 Academic YearALL FWS timesheets must be submitted into payroll for the May 16-31, 2012 pay period no later than June 6, 2012 by noon for the June 15th pay date.  This will ensure that all 2011-2012 earnings are paid in the proper academic year because July 1st begins the 2012-2013 academic year.    

Reminder- FWS is not available during the summer session!  You can hire a student either as an institutional employment (IE) or a wage employee.
