SEED (Stop Eating and Exercise Disorders)
A multidisciplinary team approach for students with disordered eating and exercise behaviors. The goals of SEED are to provide you with an on-campus resource to give you what you need in terms of education, evaluation and support as you deal with and recover from issues of disordered eating and exercised behavior.

University Health Center

The University Health Center will address related physical and medical concerns. Consultations with the University physician are available to support your medical needs. A medical evaluation may include a physical exam, lab work, and a depression screening.

University Nutritionist

The Nutritionist will meet with students to assess their nutritional status and make dietary recommendations. Regular nutrition counseling sessions is available to help students restore an adequate, balanced food intake.

Counseling and Student Development Center

The Counseling and Student Development Center offers psychological assessment and therapy. A comprehensive recovery plan might involve individual counseling, either on OR off campus, and participating in group therapy.

Sports Medicine

The Athletic Trainer will arrange for the appropriate medical evaluation, nutrition consult, and psychological assessment for student athletes and coordinate sports activity with the athlete's coach.

University Recreation (UREC)

The Coordinator of Fitness and Nutrition at the University Recreation Center will provide a fitness consult and/or fitness assessment and may schedule regular meetings to monitor progress.
