NEW:

Students living in the Apartments on Grace Street are required to have a Resident or Commuter meal plan.  The majority of apartment residents will pick their meal plan through the Office of Residence Life’s Online Room Selection process in March.
 
Apartment residents may e-mail Card Services through July 22, 2018 to purchase a Commuter meal plan or change their initial plan selection.  We will need your name, student ID number and meal plan choice emailed to cardsrvc@jmu.edu.
 
After July 22, 2018, the next available meal plan change window will be Sept. 3, 2018 through Sept. 21, 2018 from 9:00am to 3:30pm. You will need to come to the Card Services office(Student Success Center, 2nd Floor) to make the change.  A $10 service charge will be assessed with changing a meal plan.

 

  • Meal Plans may be purchased or billed to tuition online beginning July 31, 2018 at the Card Services Website.
  • MobileID re-activation is $20.00. Due to licensing, only ONE mobile device(iPhone, Android, etc.) can use MobileID at a time.

Important Reminders

  • Dates for Meal Plan Changes: September 2, 2018 - September 21, 2018 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
  • There is a $10 service fee for CHANGING a Meal Plan. If downgrading a Meal Plan, the prorated credit will be given in non-refundable Dining Dollars that MUST be used by May 2018. Upgrading plans will require a prorated payment.
  • OFF-Campus Meal plans may be purchased throughout the semester, with charges prorated at the time of purchase.
  • To avoid long lines, please send in commuter applications for meal plans, FLEX and Dining Dollars Gold by August 20, 2018.
  • After August 20, 2018, allow 24 hours processing time for fax, phone and mail transactions.
  • Phone lines will be extremely busy from August 20, 2018 through September 4, 2018.
