Important Information

This section is intended to keep you informed of upcoming dates, deadlines and other important updates.

NEW:

• Meal Plans may be purchased or billed to tuition online beginning August 6, 2013 at the Card Services Website

Important Reminders

• Dates for Meal Plan Changes: September 02, 2013 - September 20, 2013 from 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
• There is a $10 service fee for CHANGING a meal plan. If downgrading a meal plan, the prorated credit will be given in non-refundable Dining Dollars that MUST be used by May 2014. Upgrading plans will require a prorated payment.
• OFF-Campus Meal plans may be purchased throughout the semester, with charges prorated at the time of purchase.
• To avoid long lines, please send in commuter applications for meal plans, Flex and Dining Dollars Gold by August 16, 2013.
• After August 2, 2013, allow 24 hours processing time for fax, phone and mail transactions.
• Phone lines will be extremely busy from August 19, 2013 through August 27, 2013.
• Flex funds may be added at our website: http://www.jmu.edu/cardctr
