Ralph began working at JMU early in 2022, following work in alternative education and on JMU's campus as an affiliate advisor to InterVarsity. He draws on his experiences to assist in both program development and in administrative duties, and values the STEM Center's mission to better both Harrisonburg and JMU. Ralph graduated from JMU in 2018 and was active in both InterVarsity and Student Ambassadors.
