Strategically and Ethically Implement Artificial Intelligence in Your Organization
Hosted in partnership with Boulevard Consulting, AI for Impact equips organizations to move from Artificial Intelligence experimentation to execution through scalable workforce development. Our new joint offering combines academic credibility with enterprise AI implementation expertise. Rather than focusing solely on theory or hype, AI for Impact explores the real-world challenges of implementing AI in preexisting business cultures, from securing organizational buy-in to managing data governance, risk and unexpected costs.
Designed for all levels, the AI for Impact program provides targeted training for executives (strategy + governance), practitioners (implementation) and teams (shared AI fluency). We aim to provide quality workforce training led by industry experts to individuals and teams at all levels of AI background and responsibility. Utilizing prioritization tools, governance playbooks and real-world case workshops, students gain applied skills in an outcomes-driven classroom.

In-Person Courses
In-Person Course Investment: $2000
AI for Everyone (Immersive) is a two-day, in-person program built to create shared AI understanding across roles: from leadership and product teams to operations, analytics, and technical staff. The goal is to develop a common foundation so your organization can talk about AI consistently, identify meaningful opportunities, and adopt AI responsibly without confusion, misinformation, or fragmented decision-making.
Participants learn how AI works in practical terms, what it can and cannot do, and what successful adoption requires beyond the model, including data readiness, governance, responsible use, and change management. The program blends expert-led instruction with case studies and hands-on activities that help teams apply concepts to their own environment. Attendees leave with increased confidence, shared language, and a practical framework for evaluating AI opportunities and supporting successful implementation.
In-Person Course Investment: $4500
AI for Practitioners (Immersive) is an intensive three-day, in-person program designed for professionals who build, deploy, govern, or support AI solutions. This course goes beyond fundamentals and focuses on applied implementation: use case selection, data readiness, architecture and tooling, model lifecycle considerations, and operational success in real-world environments.
Participants engage in hands-on exercises, practical case work, and guided frameworks for designing AI initiatives that are secure, reliable, and scalable. The program also covers modern AI platforms and cloud tooling, essential MLOps concepts, and governance patterns for managing risk, fairness, and compliance. Practitioners leave with reusable templates, decision tools, and a stronger ability to contribute to real AI initiatives with clarity and confidence.
In-Person Course Investment: $2500
AI for Executives (Immersive) is a one-day, in-person experience designed for decision-makers who need a practical, no-hype understanding of AI and how it creates real value inside established organizations. Rather than focusing on theory alone, this course addresses the realities executives face when moving from experimentation to execution: building buy-in, aligning stakeholders, managing data governance and risk, and understanding the true costs and tradeoffs of scaling AI responsibly.
Through interactive discussion, real-world case examples, and executive-level decision frameworks, participants learn how to evaluate AI opportunities, assess organizational readiness, and set realistic expectations for outcomes, timelines, and investment. The day also includes a clear overview of core AI/ML concepts and today’s leading platforms, as well as the ethical and policy considerations leaders must manage. Executives leave aligned around a shared vocabulary and equipped with actionable guidance for leading AI adoption with confidence.
