The Graduate School at James Madison University held a jubilee to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the first graduate commencement in 1956. The jubilee honored the first two graduate students, Everette Erskine Wilfong and Vivian Berry Fauver, while highlighting The Graduate School’s innovative history spanning across many fields of study.
