New Master’s Program Expands Opportunities in Physical Education

The new Physical & Health Education Teacher Education concentration (PHETE) is offering a comprehensive one-year Master of Arts for licensed educators. Designed for licensed teachers who are currently endorsed to teach English, math, science, and other subjects and are seeking to shift their instructional focus. Cross‑Institutional Research Collaboration in Assessment & Measurement

Faculty and graduate students from the Assessment and Measurement, Ph.D. program visited Washington State University to engage in research collaboration to develop joint research initiatives. The cross-institutional partnership supports methodological innovations that contribute to advancements in educational measurement to support local communities. Read the story.

Graduate Audiology Student Dedicates Research to Supporting Families

Camille Garrett, a graduate student in the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program authored a quantitative research-based dissertation that examines chronic otitis media (recurring ear infection) in infants and its relationship to infant-parent quality of life. Supporting her future clinical work in oral rehab strategies and supporting pediatric patients and families. Learn more about Camille’s research.
