IMPACT3 Program Description

IMPACT³ is a challenging, state-of-the-art, leadership development program designed to create a common leadership culture and enhance effectiveness. IMPACT³ uses innovative learning interventions such as:

• action learning,
• community service,
• experiential learning
• 360-degree feedback
• coaching strategies
• partnerships with private and public sector organizations, and
• executive coaching strategies.

Values for the program were developed as well as a competency model. Once program participants are selected, they are given the task of designing and implementing a project considered beneficial to the university using the tools and curriculum they have been exposed to.
