Join colleagues in this asynchronous faculty learning community designed for faculty who are “leadership curious.” Through a series of monthly and ad hoc leadership workshops, tenured and/or promoted instructional faculty will gain exposure to leadership competencies and career development pathways.
The program takes a broad view of leadership, focusing not only on positional leadership marked by a title, but also on relational leadership that influences others through trust and respect. Participants have the opportunity to develop their leadership philosophy and chart a personalized leadership pathway.
