Note: This workshop is capped at 20 participants

Total Workshop Time: 3 Hours

Pre-requisites: None

Description: When confronted with potentially offensive situations, how you react is a personal choice. Staying silent or actively participating in the face of demeaning comments, stereotypes or bias allows these attitudes and behaviors to thrive. This undermines our ability to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed, treated with respect and able to do their best. In this session, participants will explore personal bias and learn techniques to communicate without bias, stereotyping, discounting or discriminating.
