Kodály Teacher Training

Workshop Fee: $585
Participants will study pedagogy, musical materials, choral conducting and musicianship/solfege. The workshop will begin Sunday evening, July 17. The class will meet 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for two weeks and conclude Saturday, July 30 at noon. The JMU course is endorsed by the Organization of American Kodály Educators. This workshop is being held in conjunction with the VocalArts Choir Camp (grades 4-12), July 24-30. Workshop participants will observe rehearsals and musicianship classes.
