Parking (for recruiters and attendees of the fair) is available in Convocation Center Lot A.

  • Please see the directions below.

  • A shuttle will be available to transport you to the Festival Conference Center if desired.

  • The Center is a short 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot.

Information for Participating Institutions (Recruiters)

REGISTRATION:

The fair has reached capacity. Registration is now closed. If you would like to be added to a Waitlist, please contact Kathy Thompson at thompskb@jmu.edu or 540-568-3423.

To register, complete the online, submittable registration form and pay online with a credit card. JMU accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Registration fee:

  • $125, by September 17.
  • $175 after September 17.
  • Registration will be accepted on a space available basis only.
  • A convenience fee of $2.50 is added to the registration fee.

Fee includes:

  • 1, 6' table (Please email Kathy Thompson if you will need a table cover or special access to electricity.)
  • dining card for 1 representative

Payment:
Payment may be made by credit card using the online form. Our federal tax id number is 54-6001756.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
Registrations will be accepted on a space available basis after September 17.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations received in writing prior to September 17 will receive a refund. No refunds for cancellations after September 17.

CONFIRMATION:
We will e-mail an acknowledgement with details when we receive your registration.

Representatives will receive a dining card upon arrival.

Parking will be available at the Convocation Center parking lot with shuttle transportation to the College Center. Parking elsewhere will subject you to a parking fine.

DIRECTIONS to the Convocation Center Lot A (parking) and the JMU Festival College Center Ballroom:

From the south:

  • From Interstate 81 take the Port Republic Road exit

  • Turn right onto Port Republic Road, and then turn an immediate left onto Forest Hill Road at the stop light.

  • Turn left onto University Boulevard at the stop sign.

  • Follow University Boulevard as it curves around until you turn left into Convocation Center parking lot A.

  • To unload materials first, continue past Convo Center lot A until you come to Carrier Drive on your left.

  • Turn left onto Carrier Drive.

  • The JMU College Center Building is on the left with the circular drive in front of it.

  • Please unload materials in front of the College Center in the circular drive.

  • You will be directed to parking in the Convocation Center parking lots from the College Center. Shuttles will provide transportation from the Convocation Center parking lots to the College Center. Parking elsewhere will subject you to a parking fine.

  • Look for signs!
