Update Your Operating System
Information Technology-Computing
Beginning February 17th, Information Technology will remove network access on any JMU-owned computer that is running unsupported versions of Windows or macOS. Please see the current list of operating systems below that will be affected. If your computer will be affected (i.e. your operating system is one of the ones listed), then you must update your operating system in order to keep access to JMU's network. If you need assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk.
OS End of Support
- Windows 10 Enterprise/Education/Professional versions 22H2 and below (not including LTSB or LTSC)
- Windows 11 Enterprise/Education/Professional versions 22H2 and below
- macOS Ventura and below (Apple provides security updates for the latest three versions).
