Leadership Concentrations

JMU offers the following concentrations online. Students complete a total of 480 clinical practicum hours:

Clinical Nurse Leader

• Prepares graduates through leadership strategies to improve patient care outcomes
• Emphasizes delivery systems and functions that impact safety and quality of care
• 38 credit hours

Nurse Administrator

• Prepares graduates to manage financial resources to ensure cost effective care
• Emphasizes strategic management of human and material resources to improve patient care outcomes
• 32 credit hours
