Kymber Beers is a Family Nurse Practitioner and professor of nursing at JMU. She is passionate about increasing access to high quality healthcare for vulnerable populations, and has been providing care to the Harrisonburg community since 2020.

Kim joined the Suitcase Clinic in 2019 and now serves as care coordinator. She is excited to be working with a team that is truly dedicated to the health and well-being of the local homeless population. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with family
