PLANETARIUM SHOW
WHEN: Tuesday, Dec. 2, Begins promptly at 2:20 p.m. We suggest you plan to arrive at the Mason St. Parking Deck by 2:00 p.m. in order to start the show on time.
WHERE: Miller Hall, Room 1103, 91 E. Grace St., Harrisonburg
PARKING: Mason St. Parking Deck. To enter the deck, take Martin Luther King Ave. and turn south from MLK Ave. onto Mason St., and then take an immediate right into the parking deck. You may only enter the parking deck southbound on Mason St.
FROM THE PARKING DECK TO THE PLANETARIUM: Parking spaces for those with a virtual JMU emeritus parking permit will be found on the upper floors of the parking garage. DO NOT park in spaces designated for Hotel Madison.
After parking, proceed to the southeast corner of the deck to take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. You’ll then exit onto Mason Street and walk south, cross Grace Street, and the first building on your right is Miller Hall. The first entrance at Miller Hall opens onto a hallway that you follow to the Planetarium.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING: There are accessible parking spaces in JMU Lot B, adjacent to Burruss Hall on the north side of the building. The entrance to the Miller Hall planetarium is across Grace St from Lot B.
NOTE: If your vehicle is NOT registered with JMU Parking Services, you will need to do so before using the Mason St. Parking Deck or Parking Lot B. The process is easy and can be done from home using email. For details, contact Parking Services at parkingservices@jmu.edu or 540-586-3300.

PARKING: Mason St. Parking Deck. See information in Planetarium Tour section above for details. If you are only attending the social at Hotel Madison, you’ll want to exit the parking deck at the elevator or stairs in the southeastcorner of the parking deck.
Accessible parking for Hotel Madison is on the ground floor of the Hotel parking deck (Note: this is a different deck from the Mason St. Parking Deck.) The entrance to this deck is off MLK Ave. between Main and Mason Streets. Should you receive a physical parking permit at the gate when entering the deck, simply bring the paper with you to Hotel Madison and have it validated at the hotel’s registration desk.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If the weather makes it unsafe to drive, the Dec. 2 events will be postponed to Tuesday, Dec. 9. If the events are postponed, an email will be sent notifying all SEA members.
