JMU Major and program Guides for

Virginia Community College and Richard BlAnd College Students

JMU Major Guides for VCCS students are designed to assist you as you plan your academic career at a Virginia community college. Each guide contains a list of courses that are required for a particular major at JMU and their VCCS equivalents. Under the section Advising Notes you will find information regarding special admission and/or progression standards (if applicable), and other advice from the department on how best to prepare yourself for the major while at the community college.

Please note that you will need to meet JMU graduation requirements in addition to fulfilling major, general education and degree requirements. Click here for more information.

Below is a complete listing of all undergraduate majors at JMU.   Click on your major of interest and you will be able to view an advising guide for that major.
