JMU Major Guides for VCCS students are designed to assist you as you plan your academic career at a Virginia community college. Each guide contains a list of courses that are required for a particular major at JMU and their VCCS equivalents. Under the section Advising Notes you will find information regarding special admission and/or progression standards (if applicable), and other advice from the department on how best to prepare yourself for the major while at the community college.
