Workshop Description: History has shown that there is a direct correlation between diversity and innovation and between innovation and wealth. By explaining this connection, the Wealth, Innovation and Diversity workshop will help leaders see that tapping into the strengths of a diverse workgroup is essential to organizational success. 

In this workshop, participants will experience and learn:

  • A new understanding of the value of diversity
  • The connection diversity has to innovation and wealth
  • What mutualism is and why it is so important to our future
  • Why diversity is a natural and vital part of our universe
