Note: This workshop is capped at 16 participants.

Categories: Communication, Leadership, Team Building, and Supervision/Management

Level: Fundamental

Type: Single-Session Workshop

Total Workshop Time: 4 Hours

Make-Ups: No make-ups are scheduled for this workshop.

Pre-requisites: None

Target Audience: Individuals interested in discovering and leveraging their strengths.

Workshop Description: Fewer than a quarter of us play to our strengths.  We spend a lot of time and effort on trying to improve our weak areas when, in reality, we should be leveraging our strengths.  You have two options, continue working on your weaknesses or learn how to make the most of your strengths.  It’s your choice.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn why strengths are not “what you are good at” and weaknesses are not “what you are bad at”
  • Identify specific Strengths
  • Discuss obstacles that prevent people from playing out their strengths
  • Learn how to overcome obstacles
  • Determine actions that can be taken to leverage your Strengths
  • Leverage the Strengths of others
