Workshop Description:   Drama is a part of the human experience so it seems inevitable that drama would take center stage (no pun intended) in the workplace. After all the word drama comes from the Greek word “dramatos” which means “action” or “deed.”  Even though drama is present in our lives and in the workplace it doesn’t need to derail our ability to reach our goals either individually or collectively.  Minimizing and eliminating drama can make teams more productive and effective.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn how to identify drama by exploring “dramatic” profiles
  • Identify signs and symptoms of drama
  • Understand how drama hinders relationships
  • Understand the impact of their actions on others
  • Learn strategies for dealing with and minimizing drama in the workplace
  • Craft their own drama prevention action plan
