Recommended Pre-requisites:  TD1499 – Portrait of Personal and Overdone Strengths and TD1498 – Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and Conflict

Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning how to improve team relationships using the SDI.

Workshop Description:  We know that people are motivated by different things, have different conflict sequences and bring different strengths to the team but what does that really mean?  If we have a team that is very similar should we bring in someone different?  If we have a team that is diverse should we try to be more similar?  If you want to explore team dynamics through the lens of SDI in order to improve team relationship this workshop is a great place to start. 

In this workshop participants will:

  • Review SDI concepts.
  • Explore team dynamics using SDI.
  • Develop strategies for communicating with team members based on MVS.
  • Develop strategies for working with team members based on MVS.
