Everyone is responsible for the success of an organization. But do all employees acknowledge this crucial responsibility? Do they inject a spirit of teamwork and cooperation into everything they do? Does a genuine service attitude pervade all of their interactions, with customers and each other? In this session we will look at what happens when employees from several departments within an organization don't work together as a team. We will then look at how our individual roles and contributions impact our immediate team, department and organization.
