Workshop Description:

Leaders are responsible for creating an empowering culture. How is this done? Certain conditions nurture growth and development and these conditions must exist in an organization for people's talents and efforts to be fully utilized and rewarded. Without them, an enormous amount of human potential is wasted. In this session, we will learn how to help people begin taking steps that will unleash their power.
