Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning how different personality types manage conflict.

Workshop Description: Differences can cause conflict and personality differences are no exception.  Personality type impacts conflict generators, blind spots, and conflict management styles.  Come explore how personality type impacts conflict.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Explore conflict through MBTI lenses
  • Understand conflict dynamics
  • Learn a three-stage model for managing conflict through type
  • Apply the conflict management model
  • Develop an action plan to alter conflict management approaches
