Workshop Description: If you are waiting for your company to care, your boss to leave, your colleagues to stop being mean, for someone to promote you, to land an exciting project or make more money before you are happy with your job, you may have a long time to wait.  It is time to take responsibility for your work life.  In this session we will cover some practical strategies for career growth, work/life balance and communication.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Understand how personal attitude and actions impact job satisfaction
  • Learn strategies to take responsibility for work life.

This workshop is based on the book Love It, Don’t Leave It: 26 Ways To Get What You Want At Work by Beverly Kaye and Sharon Jordan-Evans.
