Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning about the components of Wellness vs. Health and how to create balance in your lifestyle.

Workshop Description: 

Are you “well?”  In this interactive session, we will take a glimpse at all of the various components that make up “Wellness”:  physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, social, environmental, and occupational/financial.  Participants will evaluate their current state of “Wellness” and set one or two goals based findings.

In this workshop participants will

  • Define “Wellness”
  • List 7 components of wellness and articulate what each is comprised of
  • Create a personal goal to enhance overall well-being
