Workshop Description: Join Maria Hostetter from Rockingham Memorial Hospital Women’s Center and explore the many facets of heart health!  All are welcome!

The following topics will be covered:

  • Cost of a disease oriented health care
  • Endothelial heart health
  • An integrative focus
  • Questionnaire and HC program
  • Case study
  • Group survey
  • Options for advanced screenings

 Activities will include:

  • Education on “game changing” lifestyle modifications
  • Interactive group discussion:
    • brainstorming
    • Problem solving
    • Barriers
