Target Audience: Individuals interested in learning how to interact and communicate with individuals with different behavioral styles.

Course Description: We know our style, now what do we do? In this interactive session, we will learn how to work side-by-side teammates whose styles differ from our own. Knowledge is an important piece of the puzzle. The application of that knowledge is a whole new challenge. Join us as we take DiSC to the next level of understanding.

This session is only open to those employees who have completed a DiSC assessement.

In this workshop participants will:

  • recognize and understand their behavioral style and the behavioral styles of those around them.
  • learn strategies for communicating effectively with people with different styles.
  • develop strategies for effective communication with all styles.
  • develop strategies for positively implementing the principles of DiSC at work and at home.
