Pre-requisites: TD1086: DiSC I: Assessment & Introduction 

Workshop Description: We know our style, now what do we do? In this interactive session, we will learn how to work side-by-side teammates whose styles differ from our own. Knowledge is an important piece of the puzzle. The application of that knowledge is a whole new challenge. Join us as we take DiSC to the next level of understanding.

This session is only open to those employees who have completed a DiSC assessement.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Recognize and understand their behavioral style and the behavioral styles of those around them
  • Learn strategies for communicating effectively with people with different styles
  • Develop strategies for effective communication with all styles
  • Develop strategies for positively implementing the principles of DiSC at work and at home
