Target Audience: Individuals interested in creating work/life balance; making positive changes in their lives to be healthier; developing a new habit to improve health and/or quality of life
Series Description: This program is a series of education programs that provide a foundation to what “Wellness” is and gain practical experience in each Wellness Dimension. Within this series, participants will receive Wellness Coaching and small group support to help them move through a behavior change.

Session 1: Wellness 101
Workshop Description: What is “Wellness”? What is a balanced life? This session provides an introduction to the overall idea of wellness. Be ready to set your goal(s) to start the new year in the right direction.

Session 2: Physical Well-being
Workshop Description: Exercise and nutrition are medicine. This session focuses on these two parts of physical well-being and their relationship to other aspects of our lives. Weight management, creating an exercise plan and setting reasonable nutritional goals will be the focus of this session. Come dressed for light activity.
