UREC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests.  Classes range from Cycle, Yoga, BOSU, Boxing, to Worldbeat Dance.  If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you!

Summer Yoga Programs

Outdoor Yoga
Date: May 21
Time: 5:30 -6:30 PM
Level: 1-3
Register by: May 20
Connect with yourself and your surroundings in a yoga class in the Arboretum.  In case of inclement weather, class will be cancelled.  Yoga mats are available for you to check out in the equipment center prior to class time.

Moonlight Yoga
Date: May 29
Time: 9:00 -10:00 PM
Register by: May 28
Enjoy the peacefulness of yoga under the stars.  Focus of the class will be on moon poses.  Class will be held in the Arboretum.  In case of inclement weather, class will be cancelled.  Bring your yoga mat or a blanket.

Level Definitions

Level 1
For those who are new to this type of group fitness class and/or exercise programs.
Level 2
For those who are familiar with this type of group fitness class and have some experience with exercise programs.
Level 3
For those who actively participate in this type of group fitness class and are currently involved in an exercise program.
