Group Fitness

UREC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests.  Classes range from Cycle, Yoga, BOSU, Boxing, to Worldbeat Dance. 

If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you!

In addition to UREC, there are classes located in Godwin Multipurpose Studio, which is on the first floor of Godwin on the side closest to Godwin Field. Registration remains the same online, and you do not need to swipe in at UREC prior to class.
