Group Fitness

UREC offers a wide variety of Group Fitness classes to meet different fitness levels and different interests.  Classes range from Cycle, Yoga, BOSU, Boxing, to Worldbeat Dance. If you enjoy the group atmosphere, there is a class waiting for you!

Group Fitness Class Locations
GFS The Group Fitness Studio is in UREC on the second floor. The entrance is on the side of the building near the racquetball courts.
MPS The Multipurpose Studio is in UREC on the second floor. The entrance is on the way to Fitness 2, at the top of the stairs.
CS The Cycle Studio is in UREC on the third floor near the track.
RB Ct. # 8 Racquetball Court # 8 is on the second floor of UREC near the GFS.
Godwin The Godwin Multipurpose Studio is on the first floor of Godwin Hall on the side closest to Godwin Field. You do not need to swipe in at UREC prior to class.
