"President Alger talked about the change jar he keeps on his desk. He has it labeled, 'Be the Change for JMU.' It was really inspiring. I don't have a lot of money to give, but I always have pocket change around — so I started my own 'Be the Change' jar. What's there at the end of the month is going to support JMU and the Employee Giving Campaign."
