Electronic ID (e-ID) for Access to MyMadison, Blackboard, and other JMU Systems

• Do Not Let Your JMU e-ID Password Expire – The password for your Electronic ID (e-ID) is the same password that is used to access many other authenticated web, such as MyMadison, Blackboard, and other JMU sites. E-ID passwords must be changed every 90 days.

Connecting to the JMU Network

• Computer Registration - Online registration is required every 30 days for students using computers connected via ethernet cables in the residence halls.
• On-Campus Network/Internet Connectivity (CampusNet) – Services and support for CampusNet, the on-campus student network, including network/internet connection during residence hall move-in
• Off-Campus Support – Network troubleshooting and access to the libraries' resources for students living off-campus
