In a WYSIWYG content block, you have the ability to add social media feeds and posts. Follow the directions for the type of social media you wish to embed.

 

Single Posts (Twitter and Facebook)

Embed a single Twitter or Facebook post using this embedding social media posts guide.

"EZ" Twitter Feed

  1. Go to https://publish.twitter.com/#
  2. Paste a Twitter URL
  3. Select Copy Code
  4. In Cascade, select the HTML button (<>) on a WYSIWYG field and paste copied code
  5. Submit

 

"Advanced" Twitter Feed

  1. Go to https://publish.twitter.com/#
  2. Paste a Twitter URL
  3. Select set customization options
  4. Set display and size preferences
  5. Select Update
  6. Select Copy Code
  7. In Cascade, select the HTML button (<>) on a WYSIWYG field and paste copied code
  8. Submit

    If you want to limit the number of tweets shown, edit your HTML again, and add a data-tweet-limit attribute to your HTML as shown below:

Instagram post

In Cascade, you can only display individual images or posts from Instagram. This will not refresh automatically, so every time you want the image to change, you must repeat these steps and republish the page.

  1. Follow the instructions in this guide for embedding Instagram posts to get the code for the post you want to embed: 
  2. Copy the embed code
  3. In Cascade, paste the HTML in a new WYSIWYG grid cell using the HTML button (<>) and Submit

Facebook feed

In a WYSIWYG block:

  1. Copy the following code
  2. Replace with your facebook page URL
  3. Replace with your facebook page title
  4. Paste the edited HTML into a WYSIWYG content field using the HTML button (<>) and Submit
