Submit Your Portfolio

The School of Art, Design and Art History requires a portfolio submission in order to be accepted to our Architectural Design, Art Studio, Graphic Design, and Industrial Design programs.  Those majoring in Art History are not required to submit a portfolio.

November 15 - Early Action portfolio submission deadline
February   7 - Regular Admission portfolio submission deadline

Register: On-Campus Portfolio Review Day (Required for Scholarship Consideration)

For Prospective Freshmen:

Attending a scheduled On-campus Portfolio Review Day, although not required for admission to the School of Art, Design and Art History (SADAH), is highly recommended. Attendance at a scheduled On-campus Portfolio Review Day is, however, required for SADAH merit scholarship consideration. Prospective Art History majors should click here for information on application requirements for the Lisanby Art History Scholars in Museum Studies.  

These scheduled On-campus Portfolio Review Days for prospective freshmen take place in the recently renovated Duke Hall at the corner of Grace Street and Main Street, 820 S. Main Street. Prospective high school students MUST pre-register online in order to have their portfolio reviewed and bring physical examples of their work to be reviewed. For our portfolio review rubric, click here.
