Crisis Communication
Lead communications related to death, injury, health and safety issues, damage to facilities, disruption to operations and the integrity of the university, its people, products or services.
Issues Management
Continuously scan for emerging issues and develop, implement and evaluate strategies to ensure that the right messages are communicated to the right audiences both internally and externally.
Executive Communications
Partner with senior leadership to develop emails, speeches, remarks, presentations and videos that express and support the administration’s vision and goals for the university.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
Assists individuals seeking public records about the University’s activities under Virginia’s Freedom of Information Act.
