Volunteers Needed: Memory and Cognition Lab
The Memory and Cognition Lab is currently seeking adults aged between 60 to 80 years old to participate in an IRB approved study. The study examines learning and memory and takes approximately 50 minutes to complete. You will learn information about several pictured people and will be asked questions about what you learned. You will be compensated $15 for your time.
If you are interested in participating in this study, please contact Art Beqiraj of the Memory and Cognition Lab (under the supervision of Dr. Kethera Moore, Psychology Department) at beqiraax@dukes.jmu.edu. Please use ‘Memory Study’ in the subject line.

While we'll still use email as our primary communication tool, Facebook will also be a fun and interactive way to learn more about what is going at LLI! Announcements, events, throw back photos - you won't want to miss it! We just updated some of our photos so check it out.
To ensure you see our posts both "Like" and "Follow" LLI. The more you interact with our posts (likes, comments, shares) the more you'll see on your feed (instead of annoying ads!)
Excited to see you online!
DISCLAIMER: This Newsletter is meant to inform and update you about upcoming classes and events. We try to cover as much as we can each week, but it is not an exhaustive list of everything happening at LLI. We're a pretty busy place, and the Newsletter would turn into a novel if we listed everything!
So please note: Just because it isn't in the Newsletter doesn't mean it isn't happening! When in doubt about class times, event dates, or availability of social events, check out the LLI calendar on our website. That will always be the most up-to-date place so please check it regularly!
We hope to see you!
