A New 'Help' Site Coming Soon

Information Technology is currently in the process of overhauling the IT Service Catalog and upgrading the IT Service Portal experience as part of a new project to replace the current Cherwell system with TeamDynamix. Soon after graduation, the current IT Service Portal with a URL of its.jmu.edu will be retired, and a new help site will be launched at help.jmu.edu.

You can visit help.jmu.edu now to learn about the upcoming changes with TeamDynamix, as this URL will serve as the project website until the new portal is officially available.  Check back often for updates, because the content will be updated as the project progresses.
