How do I access the IT Knowledge Base?
You can access the IT Knowledge Base through the IT Service Portal. Simply click on Search for Answers to access hundreds of answers to common technology questions and issues. What features does the new IT Knowledge Base offer?
You can now more easily search for answers to questions through simple keywords or categorization, while also saving your most used articles for later. Seasonal FAQ’s can be created to help deliver pinpoint assistance and direction based on demand. Even if you aren’t quite able to find the right answer – or if a current article is a little out-of-date – you can now submit a ticket or provide feedback through the IT Service Portal directly from the article.
